Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract for weddings?
Yes, a contract agreement between Timothy Scott Productions and you will be made.
Is there a non-refundable reservation fee, and what about payments?
Yes, a non-refundable reservation fee of $500.00 is necessary to reserve your wedding date in our calendar.
One half of the balance of the video fee (after non-refundable reservation fee) must be received no less than one week prior to the rehearsal or else the reservation shall be considered canceled without further notice. The final balance is due before delivery of the final edited video. We cannot keep huge video files on our computer longer than ten days from the time we send your approval copy, so if changes are requested after that time, extra editing charges will apply.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards through Paypal. Just go to the wedding cart page and select all of your add-ons for your event. You may also use the cart to make your non-refundable reservation fee. Of course, we accept cash and checks as well for non-refundable reservation fees and payments.Photo Montages?
We take you old and new still photos and edit them into an attractive montage with music. You collect them and put them in the order you wish. You may deliver still photos that we then will scan and digitize, or provide a cd-rom of photos. We can make the images move through a process called Stagetools. Usually one or two songs carry the viewer through the growing up years, and the engagement time. You are free to select current music and provide that to us, but keep in mind that copyright laws do not allow you to show the final DVD publicly** ...so it is for friends and family only.
